Hello everyone! Starting now we are introducing our Tiny Tigers group classes! These classes are for 4-5 year olds who aren't quite ready to join the regular Junior Beginner lessons. There will be two 30min group classes weekly. Since attention span can be a problem at this age, 30min is a great starting point. Times (for now) are Tues and Thu 12:30-1:00. *These classes are in-house only.*... This structured class will be focused on basic karate skills and drills, exercise, focus, balance, coordination, discipline, respect, and of course, FUN! :-) So for all of you parents who would like to get your Tiny Tigers started in karate, let us know ASAP so that we can reserve your spot! Last night's Teen /Adult Advanced Class! We had a big warm up then worked on kicks, using focus pads and kick shields. The dojo was full of power all night long! They raised the temperature by 6. ... AlwaysAnHonor Kiai!! ~Sensei Carter
