Today is University of San Francisco's annual day of giving, #DayoftheDons! This year, you can donate to the Cultural Centers to support our End of the Year Ceremonies. These 5 cultural celebrations (Lavender Commencement, Latinx Recognition Ceremony, Vizuri Kabisa/Black Grad, Indigenous Peoples of Oceania Ceremony/Native Pacific Islander Grad, and Interwoven/Asian and Asian American Grad) cost our graduating students $25 each to participate. If you donate today, you can help cover a student's fee waiver to participate in graduation celebrations that are culturally relevant to their identity and experience. Anything you can give will make a difference! So please select "Student Life (End of the Year Ceremonies)" when you donate through the link below!

Camp, Susan Sontag wrote, sees everything in quotation marks; it converts the serious into the frivolous. It is a feint and a frolic. It’s terrible, with a giggle.

"The Swiss-based Court of Arbitration for Sport addressed a complicated, highly charged question involving fair play, gender identity, biology and human rights that the world of track and field has been grappling with for a decade: Since competition is divided into male and female categories, what is the most equitable way to decide who should be eligible to compete in women’s events?" https://www.nytimes.com//01/spo/caster-semenya-loses.html
