The USC/UCLA Center on #Biodemography and Population Health was recently awarded a five-year, $4.4 million renewal by the National Institute on Aging - NIH for its contributions in research on health #disparities and #population health. Since its creation in 1999, the center, directed by AARP Chair in Gerontology Eileen Crimmins, has been a pioneering force for integrating biological data into population studies for more than 20 years.
