We're sharing the following classes on behalf of our friends at the USC Center for the Political Future - if you'll be an undergrad at USC this fall, check them out! POSC 410 - CPF Fellows Program This Fall 2021, CPF is bringing in former Department of Homeland Security Chief of Staff Miles Taylor, CEO of the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation Nichol Whiteman, and former LA County Supervisor and the first Chicana State Assemblywoman Gloria Molina to teach a 2 unit credit/no credi...t course once a week for ten weeks. This is a rare opportunity to learn from professionals with experience at the highest levels of politics and community engagement. Students interested in taking one or multiple courses must apply. If accepted, students will get d-cleared and can then register for POSC 410. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Classes begin the week of August 29. The application will close on Friday, September 10. Students interested in the opportunity will meet with the Student Programs Manager to find an opportunity that suits their interests. Once placed into an internship, students will get d-cleared and can then register for POSC 395 for a variety of units, depending on their time commitment.
