We've just finished new flooring in this house in #manhattanbeach. With engineer wood flooring product that give real wood a run for his money. Extremely durable product with 12mm thickness of first layered and plywood bottom to make it's 3/4" height. This wood would have cost over $16 retail price and would be subject for expending and not so preferable for slab on grade installation. ... But under $5 per sqf ' at our contractor price it's a complete Win Win.

Brand new ADU with rigid foam insulation , two tone paint color. New closet space that occupy 20% of the room LOL . Engineer walnut flooring with a brand new porcelain tile that looks like morrocan hand made cement tile. Done under a month due to inspections

So it's been quite a few a months since we posted some projects. We've been busy and here are few of the projects that we've done in the past 4 months.
