Still crazy after all these years. I will not stop driving my taxi if I can help it, because I'm not a college grad millennial living in Mom"s basement who only wants beer and cigarette money cuz Mom doesn't like to kick down cash for that. My Mom passed away years ago so I have to make a living. Uber is not p2p ride sharing. The drivers and customers are doing that but Uber is taking 35% for nothing. Money for nothing sounds good if you can get it but it's usually just some elaborate form of stealing and in this case, they really are trying to steal my job. So give me a call sometime when you need a ride, or not, if you want to help them steal my job.

I apologize for neglecting this page; long overdue update. I no longer need fundraising to buy my cab, it's paid off. And I'll be in the taxi business as long as I want. Uber has their market and I have mine, and that's not going to change as long as there's gas.

Things have happened quickly and I've been busy. First off I'm grateful for the help I'm getting and frankly blown away by how much and how quickly it's happening. I feel silly now for ever worrying about how I'm going to pay my rent and bills. But in my own defense, I was surrounded and out matched by hundreds of millions of dollars worth of advertising. I am humbly reminded that it has been my ambition and clearly now my great privilege to be community property in the Tower and have nothing to worry about. And I can't say enough to thank KSEE24 for having my back and doing a great job at covering my story.
