As many of you are likely aware, this is the busiest shipping season for many years. Some key factors are causing delays in both tracking updates, actual movement through the mail stream, and delivery dates. Some of these factors are: 1) Many states have announced lockdowns due to Covid (we are in CA, it's one of the states affected.... 2) Shipping carriers have increased shipping loads UPS (vaccine distribution, holiday shopping) USPS (holiday mailing) Fedex (vaccine, holiday shopping) 3) Increased demand to get shipments out as quickly as we can while maintaining a quality product on headlight builds. 4) Some supply chain delays One of our best suppliers has been without shipping agents due to illness Some ports are not clearing containers in time, causing delays in distribution and delivery. Many orders are sitting on the water waiting to get unloaded and cleared. We appreciate your patience and are doing everything humanly possible and some super-human stuff to keep everyone informed and receiving their parts. Happy Holidays! General Policy Announcement: To both simplify the interaction and improve response times, we will be implementing a new process starting Aug 31st. Starting Monday Aug 31st, if you have a support, installation, warranty request, please go to our web site, click "contact us" and begin the process of describing your needs through email. If you need to attach images that are large or videos, please upload them to Google Drive (link us) or Drop Box (link us). If the email is un...der 5MB, our site will allow it to go through. With email, you will be able to show us photos, diagrams, and we can in turn send you links, descriptions, and upgrades. The benefit of doing it this way is we have a log of any issues and we can help you at off-hours vs only during "call hours". This also includes status updates on existing orders. We have started early this year a special service whereby if you need help on the phone, we can schedule a time with you. Like any expert technician we do charge $50 an hour for that service and can be available at off-hours calls in many cases. Thank you for all your business. PS: we may choose to change this policy at the end of September depending on the success of it.

PSA: USPS Shipping Internationally We just had a shipment that left San Francisco on May 28th arrive in the hands of the customer in France (GTR Headlights) August 1st. That's right, 60+ days for a USPS Priority Mail International shipment that was supposed to take 4-10 days. Lucky for the customer and for us that we were all patient. There was even a dead period where USPS TRACKING showed no movement for 40+ days.... As many of you know, we're regularly expanding our product catalog. We have over 70000 products right now on the site, and with that have come some growing pains. 1) Site stock status hasn't been regularly up to date - suppliers run out of stock without informing us, we run out of stock quicker than the resupply (particularly during this time). 2) Some parts are no longer being made, but they are on the site. Other parts are not in stock for extended periods of time but will ...eventually return to stock We recognize those 2 challenges as some of the greatest challenges when going through our catalog size increase. We're working with our team to establish a regular script that will address stock availability on #1 and #2 as we speak. Over the next few days, the search feature may be intermittently available (it's not great but it does work). After this new script is put in place, it will run every week to enable us to keep our inventory status more up to date. It won't be perfect but it will be a lot better. Also, for those of you that regularly inquire when we will begin to sell OE parts. We are in the middle of upgrading our site to the latest eCommerce software. Right now the current site will probably max out at about 300K products. We're slated to add 5 Million more OEM products with over 350K BMW OE products alone on a new core web site we're building now.

Just wanted to send you a HUGE Thanks! Several months ago I contacted you regarding angel eyes for my E46 M3 and you recommended the Orion V4s because they were much brighter. I hesitated because the V4s were considerably more expensive than the V2s, but I bought took your advice and bought them anyway. Man, I couldn't have been happier. These things are BRIGHT! Pat brought us his 2002 SMG E46 M3 Convertible with only 40K miles on the clock. He was complaining about poor lighting but wanted a certain look to the lights without having to buy new headlights and wanted it all done on a budget. We installed the Orion V2, Bixenon H1 Mini 7.0 Projectors, and our Canbus kit.
