Back exercises may improve your posture and help protect you from back pain and injury. Coach Brandon’s circuit only requires #bodyweight and common household items. Complete them for time or reps and try for 2 - 4 rounds. TOWEL ROW - targets the lats and upper back, with a little bicep too. Grab a beach or bath towel for this one! PRONE C...OBRA - mainly targets upper and mid-back, but hits lower back and glutes too. PRONE PRESS - targets the delts and upper back. Weights are optional: Coach Brandon uses canned goods.
