With Covid on the rise, it's more important than ever to exercise, but safely! Strengthen your immune system, body and lungs. Lower stress, beat anxiety and battle the stay-at-home blues. Your UFC GYM Coach will guide you through an intense and fun workout VIRTUALLY over Zoom, OR bring your mask for an OUTDOOR, 6-foot distanced workout using disinfected equipment.

That's right! We are re-opening (again) today! To comply with the new government orders, classes will be held OUTDOORS and ONLINE only. We will still use reservations, have temperature checks/symptom screening, require water/towel/masks/distancing. Members check your email for more details. Today, Monday, July 13, 2020, UFC GYM Sacramento has temporarily closed (again) in accordance with the government’s directive that all fitness centers in counties on the COVID monitoring list (which includes Sacramento County) close indoor operations for the time being. We hope this closure lasts only a few days. Please stay tuned to our club social media and emails for updates. Please continue to take care of yourself (including exercising with our online workouts or on your own!) and your loved ones during this strange time and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. And please, please wear a mask, wash your hands, and practice social distancing. We hope to see you again very soon.
