This encompasses equal access to higher education, undergraduate retention and graduation, and matriculation to graduate and professional schools. SPACES values the power of student initiated action and organizing by providing an environment forstudent growthanddevelopment,and thus is a foundation to create leadership and unity through community engagement.

Let’s come together to honor our selves and roots during Asian Pacific American Heritage month! This community conversation will be focused on political education towards the revitalizing of what an anti-imperialist front in Asian/America can look like. We will cover differences between militancy and (liberal) anti-warism and how they have manifested throughout Asian/American history. We are here to learn together, so this event is open to people of all backgrounds and un...derstandings! Attendees will also be receiving a thank you gift of their choice from a list of books by various authors such as Yuri Kochiyama and Huey Newton. ABOUT OUR PARTNER: Rising Asian Activist Alliance (RAAA) is a collective of diasporic Asian youth based in San Jose, CA that engages in community conversations centered around building an anti-imperialist Asian/America.
