Interested in learning more about the world's oldest alcoholic beverage, mead? We're offering our very first mead course, taught by Lost Cause Meadery co-founder, Billy Beltz. Students will learn everything from the basics to advanced techniques in mead making, while also sampling and analyzing various commercial meads and honey varietals.
