Introducing our wonderful coach Mango! Pronouns: They/Them/Theirs or Siya/Sila Major: Gender Studies and Labor Studies Major, 5th Year / 3rd Year Transfer from Long Beach City College, Cerritos College, and Tulsa Community College... Self Care Tip: When I am exhausted, I lie down on my bed, the sand, or grass - allowing the full energy from my heart to run over my body. With my legs wide, my hands facing palm-up, and my head facing the sunlight- I call upon the love and life of the universe to flow through me from every angle. Our bodies are our Earth. When we listen to and heal our bodies, we are simultaneously nourishing the Earth and receiving medicinal messages. Our self-care is not done in isolation, but with the roots, soil, air, oceans, stars, and clouds who surround and love us unconditionally.
