We will be holding it virtually on April 30th from 3PM-5:30PM, and May 1st from 1PM-3PM! We host this conference every year in hopes to increase access to higher education in the PI community. Happy Midterm SZN, family! This week we have a PISA General Body Meeting on Thursday, April 22 at 7PM PDT, where current board members will be presenting on their positions. Please come out and attend the meeting if you are interested in running for board in the upcoming PISA election. As we quickly approach midterm season, we would like to wish you all good luck on all your exams, papers, and projects! Give it your all, it's our last set of midterms for the academic year!

WELCOME TRANSFER BRUINS! Due to COVID-19, the Pacific Islands’ Student Association’s Transfer Admit Weekend is going to be a virtual experience instead of an in-person event. Regardless, PISA is here to welcome you to UCLA through this virtual event and we are with you every step of the way! We will be hosting a FREE ONLINE event on Saturday, May 9 at 10 on Zoom. This will be a chance to get your burning questions answered and chat with current PI students and alumni.... New admits who attend will receive a *FREE care package* full of UCLA and PISA treats. There is a Google Form link in our bio where you can ask questions and register for the Zoom meeting. Can’t wait to meet you all Please share widely with your networks!

NEWLY ADMITTED PI TRANSFER STUDENTS PISA’s Transfer Student Panel is taking place *tomorrow at 10 am*! This program is catered to newly admitted transfers to get familiar with the campus, the resources UCLA offers, and the existing PI and transfer community. If you identify as a Pacific Islander, you should have received an email with information and the registration link. If you did not, the link is in our bio as well as a google form where you can submit questions ahead of time for the panelists! Feel free to DM us with any questions.
