A big thank you to everyone who attended our 8th Annual Cattle Improvement Symposium and to those who volunteered to help us run the event. It was a successful day!

Thank you all for coming to the mineral supplementation lunch talk! We are thankful to have Dr. Jeffery Hall from Utah State University and Dr. Robert Gentry from MultiMin for giving us such informative lunch talk! Take home message: if you suspect an animal with Cu deficiency, take liver biopsy! Because serum Cu level could be normal even with Cu deficient animals! Hope to see some of you later at the liver biopsy lab at the FEEDLOT (not the beef barn)!
