You're halfway through fall quarter, Aggies! Already thinking about winter quarter? Eduardo, Kearney and Laben's Peer Mentor, shares a piece of advice for #New2UCDavis Aggies, "Be proactive about your future. One does not have to be completely sure about what they will be doing on the future, but it is important to explore and learn about your options. The university offers many resources for that, such as the Success Coach." If you're feeling a little awkward reaching out to your professors or TAs, Bill (Peer Mentor for our Asian Pacific American Community Housing) advices you to, "Talk to your professors in class! It helps a lot when you take their class again, like for an upper division class, and they already knew you. Starting today, October 19 Segundo and Tercero DC opened for dine-in Things to know before dining in: - Dine-in is permitted by resident area only (Segundo and Apartment residents can dine-in at Segundo DC only; Tercero residents can dine-in at Tercero DC only) - Current face covering, sanitization, and physical distancing protocols will still be in effect... - Food will still be pre-packaged. Diner will retrieve their meal through the existing process but will then be able to sit in designated areas. - Seating will be limited. If seating is full, diners may wait for available seating or take their meal to-go. - We are asking diners to limit their meal to 30 minutes while dining in to ensure seating is available To read the full explanation and protocols implemented, visit dining.ucdavis.edu See more
