Congratulations to Bishal Dutta, a recent graduate of the Film and Media Department for the premiere of his film "Life in Color" at the Cannes Film Festival!
Join us! For one day only Donald Sosin, renowned composer and musician, will offer a master class in the art of accompanying silent film. A star performer at the San Francisco Silent Film Festival, Sosin has performed at film festivals around the world, has written more than one thousand film scores, and can be heard on over forty DVDs. An acclaimed teacher, Sosin will work with film clips to offer the kind of master class he conducts at the Pordenone Silent Film Festival to share the techniques of improvisational film accompaniment.
