When we learned of Teri Rubiolo’s story, we were in awe of her stamina and positive attitude. We are an essential service, so we are still doing everything we didshopping trips, delivering food, whatever needs to be done, she says of making meals that feed 40 families a week ever since the #CampFire turned life upside down in 2018 across #ButteCounty. Beginning in April of 2020, #TzuChi collaborated with Butte County Local Food Network, to distribute fresh food to #Concow twice per week.
