This exercise is perfect for athletes. I’m using @gofit_fitness resistance band loop. This is perfect for strengthening hip flexors and groin. I recommend for speed, fast reps (AMRAP) for 10-15 secs with about 30-90 sec rest. For speed endurance, 45-90sec with 2-5 minutes rest... Try this movement. The step lunge. You get the elevated heart rate with the step and you get the leg pump with the lunge. Killing two birds with one stone. I recommend 3-4 times a week, 60-90 each leg. You can do it as warmup for leg day, leg day finisher, or you can just do this as your regular workout. How many reps can you get with the right leg?
