For Napa locals/old-timers that remember Harry O’Shortals, the funky little bar precariously perched on the Napa River. This is the label approval for a pub cream the owner bottled up at Tulocay. Let’s just say it never stole any market share from Bailey’s. But if O’Shortals ever opens again, we got a parking permit.
