This is the very last amp I'll build in 2020, soon to be on it's way to the buyer. I'll be announcing new circuits next year including a microphone preamp & a stand alone reverb+overdrive unit both all tube and hand made of course! Got a feeling 21's gonna be a good year!

Some shots I took while building an unusual amp for a customer. This is an all tube guitar amp designed for the San Francisco apartment home studio. It uses a ...12AU7 tube as a power tube paired with a custom made output transformer by Mercury Magnetics to produce about one watt of power. It does an excellent job of achieving brilliant clean tones and a rich musical tube overdrive while not risking eviction. It also features a line out allowing you to use it as a guitar preamp.
