Last week Fitness Vacation Exchange hosted their very first Fitness Retreat to beautiful Temecula Wine Country in Southern California. Every summer June - August the Whale Sharks come to the waters off Isla Mujeres. Two years ago I had the amazing opportunity to swim with them. I am thinking of making a trip this August. Original post from two years ago: Yesterday we had the amazing opportunity to swim with the whale sharks off Isla Mujeres. They are absolutely amazing ~ mammoths of the sea. I love the way they gracefully glide th...rough the water. Thank you Challenge Diving for organizing our incredible adventure. From the van that picked us up in Playa del Carmen to the boat, dive guide and captain, everything was top notch. They even provided drinks, sandwiches and fresh ceviche for us. When the captain found out I couldn't eat the shrimp ceviche because I was allergic, he called a neighboring boat and got the dive guide to swim over to it and get fish ceviche. Awesome Day!
