As this industry was decimated by COVID mid-March through early June, I was beyond concerned...However, I spent 7 years creating a client base not built on random retail clients, nor standard marketing techniques. I focused only on Corporate clients and "talent", my company grew by 150% a year, solely based on a focus of one thing great delivery of service and customer satisfaction, making sure each trip was our most important, and the little things like finding out each clie...nts choices of water, to snacks and even music tastes if possible, we now go the extra mile and not just disinfect our vehicles, prior to and during each trip, but provide N95 masks and gloves should the client wish. The payoff, we have been consistently busy on commercial shoots, recording studios, and the like. Have not seen a commercial airline terminal in a few months but my guys living at FBOS...My point is not to boast, but as I see questions about how to stay in business, keep busy or market...I say, choose your client base, go after them one client at a time, and make sure your service model is impeccable, each and every trip. Answer your phones and let principles or management of clients know you are there for them regardless of the time of day. Web sites, Advertising is maybe a great way to get retail one-off's Id assume, but providing great service is in my book the only way to keep, grow, and thrive. These photos just past week or so. We have in the past few weeks, been simply blessed with more work than we have the capacity for, and have had to pull in some of the great affiliates we work with to handle all.
