Tui Na massage is a hands on treatment that is used in conjunction with acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion and herbalism to bring the body into balance. Tui Na practitioners learn to diagnose the patient by reading the pulse. The bodies pulse tells the doctor which meridians need stimulation and which need to be subdued to induce a state of balanced health in the patient. Tui Na massage is acupuncture with moving pressure being used instead of needles. The bare handed rubbing,... chops, knuckle rolls and percussive pounding leave the paitent feeling very refreshed and alive! This manual therapy regulates the meridians and relives blockages of Qi and balances the yin and yang energies.
