This is a door from AMC theaters. We helped our customer to engineer alterations on her existing machine to accommodate the complex angles of this windows corners for cutting out the solid doors.

These are expanded PVC hose stands that we help design for a customer to keep their expensive stainless steel hoses from touching the ground and to keep the plastic they are transferring from becoming contaminated. We also make a version of these for winery use.

We are knee deep in plastic tubes this week. Boring out the ends on the lathe and drilling crossholes on the mill.

The rare occurrence that we actually get to see something we made installed. See the tall plastic (Delrin) part in this cake boxing machine? That is the improvement we help to design. The boxes were pushing over the original short plastic parts you can see on the right and in the background. The new ones worked as planned.

These are 2024 Aluminum HINGE parts we made. There are two different parts that we connected for the photo. There is also a HINGE PIN made from 303 Stainless Steel we are making to connect these to each other.

These are Aluminum Bronze precision bushings we made for an aerospace customer, tight tolerances all around.

Small precision female screws made from 7075 Aluminum Alloy. Only .0002 total tolerance on the shaft diameter. Tricky but when you have the right machines, definitely doable.

We had the opportunity to machine some sterling silver contacts for one of our customers. First time for us on this material but, they turned out great.
