The Core! So, after 5 years in business we finally were able to sit for a few minutes and come up with our Core Competencies! These are the standards we hold not only for ourselves but for everyone who walks through our doors! Every Business and Every Human should have their own set of Core Competencies! These are your non negotiable’s. If you don’t have these then you better work on them. Much thanks to @_bailey_clayton for coming through on this awesome draw up of what was in my brain!

I can’t believe she turned 6 today! Nothing has changed my way of thinking and doing things more than this little girl and for that I will always be grateful to her. Time goes by way to fast and it waits for nobody! Make the most of each day and maximize your odds!!

What a year!! 2020 has proven to be one of the best years for me both personally and professionally. I was terminated from The Vitamin Shoppe after 15 years of service for refusing to go along with their Covid 19 mandates and in the process I was able to focus on what has always been my passion! We so often do things because they come easy to us or the fear of the unknown but we are limiting our true potential! Getting terminated also allowed me to spend more time with my ki...ds and that has been the greatest gift of all! I have been able to enjoy every day with them and can have a greater impact on their development! I also did not allow this year to stop me from connecting with my community which has proven to be the most value to me during these days and times. In the end it makes no difference if you agree with my views or not I will continue to do what’s best for me and the community I have built at TS&C. The most valuable asset anyone of us has is time and I refuse to waste any of it living in fear of a virus that has a 99.98% survival rate. So, let’s put this year behind and make 2021 even better!

Some of you chose to make 2020 a crappy year and others chose to use it as an opportunity to improve! This couple here chose the latter and have dropped a combined +60lbs! Life and business are pretty simple but we choose to make it hard! Always remember if your life sucks...then you suck! Finish 2020 strong!!
