Well folks, after another lengthy shut down I know which hiiii I’ll be using when we see each other again. I hope all is well and everyone is staying healthy. Happy New Year!

Thanks for the awesome new haircut Lissy. It’s been TWO years since I lost the dreads and I’m loving having hair that I can style again. Now it’s time for some color!!!

As we safely reopen, here are a few things you can expect at True. You will be sent a list of questions prior to your appointment and we have a set procedure upon arrival and for the duration of your appointment. ... We will be implementing these procedures indefinitely for everyone’s health and safety. And we thank you for your understanding. - Love all of us here at True Hair Studio Regarding your appointment at True Salon. Please review these questions and reply no later than 24 hours before your appointment. This is also what you can expect for your next appointment as we navigate trying to keep all of us safe. 1. Have you been on an airplane in the past 14 days? 2. Are you having any cold or flu symptoms in the past 14 days? 3. Have you been exposed to anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the past 14 days? 4. Have you been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 in the past 14 days? 5. Have you been to any gatherings larger than 10 people in the past 14 days? 6. Are you practicing social distancing and safe measures when you are away from home? What to expect- 1. Please wait in your vehicle and text us, then we will text you when to come in. We need time after our previous guest to properly sanitize for you. 2. Upon arrival you will be given a touch less temperature check and a sterilized disposable face mask that you must wear for your entire appointment. And then will be directed to the restroom to wash your hands with your stylist for 20 seconds with soap and water. 3. Unfortunately we are not allowed at this time to provide refreshments or literature so please plan accordingly. 4. Come alone (no children or buddies)Unless they are getting a haircut with someone at the same time. We are limited to the number of people we can have in the salon at one time. 5. Please be mindful of social distancing. Six feet apart when ever possible. 6. Use of blow dryer and seated dryers will be very limited as to not stir up particles in the air. Be prepared to leave with damp hair. 7. Please bring exact cash , check or pay with Venmo to encourage touch less transactions. 9. For your next future appointment please text several options that will work for you so we can minimize our time in the salon as you check out. 8. Thank you for your support and understanding. We love you all and we want everyone to be healthy and be here with us for a long time.

As we all anxiously await to hear when we can safely reopen, we are using our time to give the salon a deep clean and a makeover as well as work on our personal safety and sanitation skills. You are very dear to us and we miss you all very much. We look forward to reopening and safely serving you but also very importantly, connecting and catching up. Much love to you all!! I passed the Barbicide sanitizer test for everyone’s safety. (But I already knew and implemented all of this information.) Our salon will be committed to everyone’s health, safety and well being when we are able to reopen. During this time we are taking steps to deep clean and become more knowledgeable about protecting us all.

So the at home color kits are getting great results!! Way to go Carrie Haines!! You look gorgeous Thank you.
