Join our Resident Life Coach, Jonathan Quigg, also known as Quiggy, for weekly Contentmentoring small groups. Each week, we will explore topics and strategies in self-care, mindfulness, and self-discovery. ... Week 1 will focus on how the brain's negativity bias, heightened by the pandemic, can sabotage our well-being and how we can use gratitude practice to lead happier lives.
