I am doing a survey.... If you had to choose - would you prefer to have a 3 br/2 bath or a 2 bedroom/2 bath with more common living space (both scenarios have the same total square footage of about 1026 sq ft)? The 3 br/2 bath would be lacking in an eating/dining area. It would really only have a kitchen counter or island to eat from or maybe a little table within the main living room but it would have the 3rd bedroom. The 2 br would have a dining area next to kitchen that opens to the outside patio. I am interested to see what everyone's response is. Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Interest rates have risen this last year but this chart gives you a good overall perspective. Rates got up to 18.28% in the early 80’s so our current rates are looking pretty low when you compare to where they have been. trinityrealestate.wordpress.com//interest-rates-have-rise/
