Our new front office desk arrived and has been built today. It perfectly matches our new signing room cubicle color and style. At some point in the future we will work on finding a new staff member to work at it.

We are currently in the process of having 30+ years of our title & escrow files scanned and digitized by the Yantra company in Weaverville. These files have been piling up in a big storage room for decades (literally). They will be boxed, indexed and relocated to a storage unit and then to the scanning facility for digitizing/shredding. We will be able to store them electronically and even search them in searchable PDF file formats as needed after they are digitally converted. This is a long term and BIG undertaking, but well worth it in the long run for the safe and useful archival of our important title and escrow information!
