Due to developing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we are instituting some temporary changes. We are permitted to remain open, but we are to operate on a limited basis. We have made a few changes to ensure we can continue to see sick animals while also ensuring the safety of our team. When arriving at the hospital for an appointment, please call the office and we will have someone open the gate, check you in and give you further instructions. Once your animal is in the b...arn our staff will examine/perform scheduled procedures. If needed, a technician or doctor will either call you or come out to your car to discuss options. When everything has been finalized, our secretary will call you to arrange payment. At this point we would prefer payment via credit/debit card if possible. Once payment is complete, someone will bring your animal out with any medications the doctor has prescribed. For on farm appointments, we would prefer that owners maintain a safe distance, both for our safety and yours. Please have your animals caught and appropriately restrained prior to our team arriving. If you are comfortable, we can perform any exams or procedures without you present. Please provide the secretary with any payment information over the phone when we call to confirm a doctor is heading your way. We are still available for prescription refills and medications. Please call ahead! When calling in for a refill request, we will be taking payment over the phone. When you arrive to pick up your medication, please call from the gate and we will bring your animal’s medications out to you. Thank you for your continued support and patience during this time.
