Trejo Family Barbecue

Was able to find a couple of briskets at reasonable prices, and since I couldn’t find pork shoulders, decided on pork sirloin. So far so good, we are using a new rub for the pork to maximize flavor. Also making beans, smoked ham , ribs and chicken. This time I will to take pictures all the way to the finished product. Going to make sausage in the next few weeks, will post pics if I am able. Another successful cook, I just Love these ribs, they have a really nice color to them and taste super good. SuperBowl Sunday is just a week away, so if you would like some BBQ please keep us in mind and let us do the cooking for you. I am looking forward to making all the usual suspects with sides. Hello to all, I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year, 2020 is the start of a new and exciting decade, what a great time to be around!! My Christmas was all about that prime rib roast, here are a few pics and the leftovers that I heated up au jus. We have done this for the past few years and it never gets old. Sorry it took so long to post but I was super lazy. Our next barbecue will be on Super Bowl Sunday, we will have all the meats and sides th...at day, Brisket, ribs, pork, chicken, rice, beans and creamed corn. I am also thinking of doing some jalapeño sausage, but that’s when I kinda get the lazies . If you would like some real wood smoked craft small batch barbecue please get in touch and we will have it ready for you on that day starting at noon.
