-COMMUNITY PARTNER HIGHLIGHT - The mission of the Downtown Ventura Partners (DVP) is to foster enhanced maintenance and security of the historic Downtown area. DVP Ambassadors are all over and can be spotted in a red or blue jacket. Ambassadors are friends to everyone in the community and help with keeping harmony between local businesses, residents, visitors and especially the unsheltered in our city. Streets and park safety, along with keeping the appearance clean and inviting, is their talent.
