Ok peeps, despite the crazy schedule I have, I am now accepting two more evening/early morning clients. For those of you who like money, I do pay $50 per referral! It is not too late to create a summer body!

It never happens though! I constantly stay on track with my meals..but if i didn't? It would look like this! I can think of a few clients that can relate to this!!

Works every time! If you have turmoil in your life, try some exertion and see how it affects your problem solving skills! Working out somehow brings objectivity to your issues, makes them look slightly less important. Try it! Works for me. Every client I have would agree with this, join us!

Well so far I got first callouts. (Top five). We will see what placing I have earned tonight. But I'll tell you right now I feel like a winner just having made the journey!

The difficult part is not working out! It is finding the discipline and motivation to select the right nutrition/fuel for your workout and recovery.
