Rarely is this the case because we have yet to realize our true power. We have incarnated into a realm where, from childhood, we are told no thousands of times a week. We then enter into a society that batters us with ideas and images of what we "should" be, never stopping to bolster and feed our individual gifts. Our consciousness is not allowed to expand naturally, free of outside programming. The subconscious mind works through repetition and the tape you hear most creates your outer reality. Any narrative or pattern that has been learned can in fact be altered to effect more positive outcomes. This workshop series is specifically designed to allow you to reconnect to your true, authentic, boundless nature as a being of light. Each session will build upon the last but you can join in at anytime and still benefit immensely from the content that is shared. ____________________________________________________________________________________ Workshop 1: Foundations of Personal Power In this healing session we will explore personal development in the following aspects of being: *Who and what you REALLY are? *How to dismantle fear and doubt. *Mental & Spiritual Discipline: How to become who you say you want to be. *Energy - Developing consciousness around it, harnessing it, tapping into it, conserving and preserving it. This 3 hour workshop will include exercises, a guided meditation, shamanic drumming, energy healing and take-aways that you can continue to evolve for yourself beyond our time together. We will meet in Woodbridge Park in Studio City. This event will be socially distanced. It will also be available via Zoom once for those who prefer online attendance. Each time the New Year rolls around, along with it comes a collective push to set lofty goals. All this being said, and considering the current world we are all attempting to navigate, we might want to consider a gentler, softer way. With quarantine at hand, taking the time to be more conscious of our energy is a must. If you notice th...at watching the news, too much social media or mental chatter is draining, you can shift your state by implementing contrary action. Give yourself a TV or internet break, read a book, take up journaling to calm your mind, get sunshine, take up a home improvement project, create art or music, go for a walk, take a hot shower or bath, ride a bike, go roller skating, reach out to someone you’ve meant to catch up with, meditate, create a new self care ritual. Just know that alignment will make everything you set intentions to much smoother.
