You can get your cardio workouts in many different ways. I enjoy sprinting, battling ropes, kettlebell swings and many more. I sometimes perform deadlifts for cardio. This movement will not only get your heart pumping but it will also help build lean mass.... Deadlifting touches almost all muscles. Legs, lower back, will also improve your posture. The benefits of deadlifts are endless. In this case I’m performing 2 reps for 12 minutes. I ended up performing 68 lifts. My heart was really pumping try it out and let me know how it feels. Use appropriate weights that will not compromise your technique. The goal is not to lift heavy but to move as fast as you can with little rest in between.
