Day 47 #shelterinplace - - This post is a day late because I was not abiding to this golden rule. -... SELF CARE - I had a tension headache Tuesday evening and decided to do my own self massage and Gua Sha on my face, neck and shoulders which I do on a fairly regular basis with great success. But because I have been not staying hydrated it hit me like a ton of bricks about two hours after I was done I was super nauseous, shaky with cold chills. I was down for the count all day yesterday in bed sleeping. Great lesson learned please everyone remember to care for yourselves during these difficult times. - For those of us who love caring for others it is VITAL that we remember to care for ourselves.
