Never give up! We all have our "projects" we are working on - fitness, health, well being, injuries, mental health issues. One of mine has been a knee injury from playing beach volleyball 20 years ago. Today on my walk I was able to jog in increments of about 50 yards. Doesn't sound like much, but to have stability in this knee after so long is a miracle. Getting acupressure sessions from my good friend and mentor, Linda Dean, doing my self help, and exercise has worked!
