Farmer Benito visited us today...we learned about different types of soil and planted zucchini and red pepper seeds. We also harvested kale leaves. Farm to table kale leaves are delicious

Our Christmas STEM activity, Santa's Magic Milk, was a colorful success!! Each preschooler squeezed food coloring into the milk, dabbed a little soap into the liquid, and watched the colors move around! The dish soap helps break up the fats in the milk, and the food coloring helps us see this chemical reaction take place!

DIY Marshmallow Winter Animal Dens is how we do STEM engineering in Pre-K! We used q-tips, and small & large marshmallows to create structures for our winter animals. Our designs look pretty fantastic!

Letter 'n' is for Nigel Nightowl, Nature, and Nice weather! Our children enjoyed another foraging activity with cranberries and other natural elements from our yard! This activity promotes self confidence, creativity, and team work! They are always so proud of their masterpieces!
