Tower Tours

At Tower Tours, your health is our top priority, and we have added new measures to keep all guests and our staff safe before, during and after your tour experience. These practices seek to reduce the risk associated with COVID19 and are modeled after guidance provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). * Wellness Checks - Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. Guests receiv...e temperature checks upon boarding vehicles prior to each tour. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to reschedule your tour. * Face Coverings - Guests and staff members are required to wear face coverings before, during and after the tour experience. If you do not have a face covering with you, Tower Tours will provide you with a disposable face covering while on tour. * Social Distancing - Guests will stay at a safe 6-foot distance during all points of the tour. * Loading / Unloading Procedures - Vehicles will be loaded from the back of the bus to the front of the bus to maintain social distancing protocols. Unloading will occur from the front of the bus to the back of the bus. * Vehicle Capacity - Vehicles will operate at 50% of the total seating capacity. * Stringent Cleaning - We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high traffic areas before, during and after each tour, and hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests.
