Happy New Year! This past year presented obstacles that required us all to dig deep. Possibly deeper than we ever had to dig. We are so grateful that through this past year, we are still OPEN! Although it looks different right now moving into 2021, with Stay at Home orders compelling us to the virtual platform. 2021 offers excitement at the opportunity to reopen the studio when state and federal guidelines allow. We have learned this year just how strong of a community Tow...er Yoga has co-created with all of you. Our community is the lifeline that sustains us. Many of you are still paying your monthly memberships and for classes. For that, we cannot express our gratitude enough. THANK YOU! And for those of us who have been hit with harder times, we at Tower Yoga continue to offer free yoga through our YouTube channel. We are all in this together. As we look to 2021 there is a lot to be excited about. The studio will open back up. We WILL get to practice yoga together! Meanwhile, we are still here. Yes that omnipresent awareness that life exists in the current moment. Yoga helps teach us to be present in our body, mind, spirit, and soul. In order to fully recognize where we are (here) it is important to know where we have been, and where we are going. Without getting stuck in either past or future. We are leaving an old paradigm, releasing old baggage, redefining what is important. And we move into a new paradigm of living, loving, associating, and existing. In order to usher in this new world of opportunity and experience, the present moment welcomes us to put in the work necessary to get there. We welcome and invite you all to release any adverse feelings of 2020. And with that release anything that you don't want to bring into 2021. On the topic of release, we can release any attachment to 2021 looking a certain way. The release frees up space so that we may be open to what is new in our lives to come. With our priorities and values focused andintentional, we may not know what comes next, but when it comes it will be absolutely perfect. This time just may hold the greatest potential for transformation yet. CHEERS & a deep bow to you!

Hello sweet loves! While we have faced many hardships throughout this past year we feel blessed for the loving support of this beautiful community. In light of the new shelter-in-place order we will not be having any in person sessions for at least 3 weeks. Until then, we will continue to offer a variety of ZOOM and prerecorded videos to get us through this latest closure. Tag someone you would love to practice with (from a distance) and tell them one supportive thing to help uplift their spirit. We will choose one winner and offer a FREE semi-private zoom yoga session for the pair. love love love all the way!

We are grateful for our Tower Yoga community! Without you we would not exist. For some families this is a joyous time to spend together and others it’s a mournful time. However you spend the day may it be steeped in empathy, acknowledgement and love.

This year sure was a weird one is an understatement, but let’s be real, weird means different and that is aligned with change. We are still facing a Pandemic, human inequality, and other global issues impacting our lives and the embrace of change is needed NOW. So let’s celebrate! We want to remind you, especially if you are feeling lonely that while we are more distanced than times past, you are absolutely not alone. Together we are stronger! Sign up now through our website (link in bio) or through the Tower Yoga APP. We welcome you to participate in our fair guidelines. This includes one class per person per day and a $15 fee for not canceling at least one hour before class starts. We are so excited to welcome you back in to the studio. We hold a safe space by limited class sizes, sanitation between classes, required mask wearing when not on yoga mat and restricted use of communal items.

Hi Yogis, we are happy to share the news about when we are opening back up for indoor classes. We will continue to create a space that is welcoming, peaceful, and safe for everyone. Cheers!

How’s everyone holding up? We know we haven’t been as active on here as in times past but ya know, 2020. To respond to those of you who are wondering when we will re-open our indoor class offerings, rest assured we are thoughtfully planning and will let you know when it’s time to come back inside. For now we will continue to LOVINGLY hold space for outdoor classes on the patio, for the live zoom classes and over on our YouTube channel for the pre-recorded videos. We appreciate your enduring patience and support so so much!
