Sell it 2. Lose it. 3. Reschedule it. If the client has an interest in your solutions, then tell them the next step is to schedule a time to come back to bring it to a conclusion. This takes training. BUT, your closing rate will soar over 80% and you’ll save the expense on having a full time employee to follow up or rehash. Before you say, This won’t work. Go to your dentist and try to leave WITHOUT booking your next appointment. The cute receptionist will lock you in the room until you schedule your next visit. You’ve already witnessed this from your dentist so you know it’s true. Phone calls, emails and texts are time traps. You’ll find nobody calls when they say they will. You’ll wind up emailing til your thumbs bleed. So you wind up chasing them down or being a pest and leaving voicemails and emails that sound more desperate each time you leave one. What can you accomplish with another appointment that you can’t on the phone or email? Making the final choice getting the contract signed and getting the final payment to get the work done, that’s what. STOP following up and START scheduling the next appointment.
