Hello Neighbors, As we all get used to the current environment, I found it necessary to reach out to you to let you know that we at Sacramento Rooter are taking the necessary precautions to be able to continue to serve you. These are serious times and we are taking serious measures to insure that you can trust us to meet your plumbing and climate needs with confidence. ... We have already "shut down" the office. No more meetings until further notice. All personnel have the ability to get necessary information from their home and we will be using Skype as our main means of communication between ourselves. In addition, all service technicians have committed to excessive hygiene behaviors (specifically, proper hand washing well above and beyond what would normally be expected). You can rest assured that, if you find you need our services, you can have the utmost confidence that we are entering your home as clean as we can possibly be. In addition, we will ask that you understand that we will communicate with you in person at an unusual distance from you and we may also politely ask if we can wash our hands in your home either when we arrive or upon leaving (or maybe even both). If you find that you do need our help we are extending a helping hand: 1) If your HVAC system becomes inoperable we will diagnose it for a small donation of 5 cans of food. This food will be donated to the Placer County Food Bank to help those in need during these trying times. 2) We are offering our normal $99 HVAC Tune-Up for a special price of $49. 3) Plumbing problems? Upon arrival we will identify the problem and deduct $50 from the proposed solution as well. There is a reason we have been voted best plumber in Placer County for 9 years running.
