SUMMER CAMP at TOPIARY FARMS!!!! 2021 Located in Vacaville. We offer day camps that are horses, horses, and more horses. Activities include daily riding lessons Western and or English riding, horse care, stable management, fun games, arts/crafts, swimming. Campers will also build compassion, as well as teamwork skills... Plus, have tons of fun with new friends! Horseback riding provides great exercise, while giving children confidence and self-esteem. If your child likes ani...mals, then they will love this camp. From absolute beginners to the more advanced riders, all levels of riding are welcome. Open to riders age 5-14 each camp may be divided into two groups if numbers/experience permits. Monday through Friday, 9:00 am. till 3:30 pm. daily. (Early drop off/ late pick up offered) We need 5 kids for a camp week and have a max of 16 per camp. Space is filling fast, so be sure to sign up now! Camp Dates: 6/21-6/25, 7/12-7/16, 7/26-7/30, 8/2-8/6 $445 for the week. To register, email [email protected] with your week. We will email you the sign-up form and release sheet. Then Bring your filled-out registration papers and Cash Deposit of $100 by the Wednesday before your Camp week to 5204 Maple Rd. Vacaville. The remainder of the balance will be due by/on the first day of camp. Payments for camp are cash only. Call or text us for more information at 415-895-8615.

Boy, was 2020 a crazy year! Of course, the pandemic really had a big part in this year. Then we had to clean the house because people just can't get along smh. That was traumatic for Topiary Farms but life goes on and we just got better! We have more students than ever, this being the only thing good about Covid. It brought out challenges to kids that never would have tried the experience of riding a horse. Coming to the Farm is an experience in itself. Seeing the hors...es, ponies, chickens, Turkey, and of course Oliver the potbelly pig. Make sure you bring him a treat so he will be your friend forever. With us being so busy this past 4 weeks we did not mention our new family members. We have Merlin an 8 yr old Irish Draught! He has the most kissable face ever. Then we have Apples a 12 yr old Appy that just loves the kids. They have only been here for less than a week and are still settling in. Once settled in they will be moved into the lesson program. We have a new horse trailer for next year's show season! Now we can take 7 horses at one time. All the kids are excited about this next show season. Everyone is working hard to get themselves correct and ready to go!

Topiary Farms has a new horse for our students to learn to jump with! His name is (barn name) "George" or Always Special and he is Special and cuddly and goofy all at the same time. Everyone that has ridden him, is in love! We took him to our last schooling show to see how he would be. He stood at the trailer like a champ when it was time for his classes he walked like an old western horse with his head down just cruisin along. In the ring, he was JUMPS oh how fun, sailed over them like no big deal and then turned back into the old quarter horse leaving the ring! He is Special and is waiting for you or your kids to come to visit and take lessons on him

Fun Stuff! Gaalant has been giving our littles so many lessons we wanted to make sure he remembered how to do big boy stuff, he did not let us down. Here he is with Katrina doing 2'6 and loving it!

We are in need of an additional instructor for beginners. Must be personable, self-motivated, and able to work independently, positive, reliable, patient, Enthusiastic, love children, and have plenty of experience. Hunter Jumper, background is a plus. Covered arena with new sand, large outdoor arena. Looking for a part-time person. EXCELLENT opportunity for the right person. Today we had to say goodbye to the Matriarch of our barn Pebbles! She taught so many how to ride and deal with the spunkiness a horse can give you. She was loved by so many, had so much more life to give. The moon blindness disease which is so painful took her site and life. She is now in Heaven running in green grass pastures that are almost as tall as she was. Our hearts are broken....

Miss Isabelle here has been walking around in her English gear because she misses her lessons so much from practicing social distancing. We miss you too Isabelle!
