Between the months of Oct-Dec are tough months for Realtors. It’s unfortunate that COVID catapulted the market making it a buyers/sellers market. Most people were expecting a huge decline but the timing was good for those looking to make moves. Fortunately, December was a great month selling 4 homes and achieving over $3.6 million in sales. I think we’re all looking for a fresh start for 2021. I know I am!
