Chevron Teams Up with Mayor Alex Vargas to Provide Relief for Hawthorne Residents El Segundo, California April 17, 2020 The Chevron El Segundo Refinery announced today the donation of $110,000 in gas cards to support essential workers and struggling residents in Los Angeles’s South Bay amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Gas cards will be provided to the major hospitals, and several non-profits in the South Bay, which will in turn distribute them to essential workers. ...
