In 1941, President Franklin D. Roosevelt delivered his famous The Four Freedoms speech, in which he proposed four human freedoms that people everywhere in the world ought to enjoy: Freedom of speech and expression; freedom of religion; freedom from want; and freedom from fear. Foreign investors and entrepreneurs come to the United States seeking to enjoy these essential freedoms. The truth is that the United States is still the land of opportunities and the greatest country in the world, and many individuals from around the world seek to live and work here permanently.... https://tondinilaw.com/the-land-of-opportunities-running-a/

The revised test includes more questions that test the applicant’s understanding of U.S. history and civics, and covers a variety of topics about the United States. In the last four years, this administration has made daily changes to the US immigration system. The administration reshaped the system in ways unseen in decades, executing a plan to drastically narrow humanitarian benefits, increase enforcement, and decrease legal immigration. This is a summary of the major changes and how deeply they have impacted the immigration law practice and system. We, Attorneys, have to be daily informed of the changes. We have to restructure our law practice and create new strategists to effectively defend our clients. This document is an eye opening message why choosing the right attorney is and will make an impact on your case. tondinilaw.com 760-579-7389 #immigrationlawyer #tondinilaw #immigration #immigrantsmatter

Breaking News: Trump Administration Cancelled Pandemic Student Visa Policy.
US Supreme Court decision on DACA. What can we expect? What does this mean for the community? Current DACA recipients continue to be protected from deportation and eligible for benefits under the DACA program like work authorization. Eligible DACA recipients can continue to apply to renew their DACA for two more years. Eligible individuals who never had DACA should be able to apply at this time. A formal US DHS announcement is imminent. You can be prepared. ... All eligible individuals should consult with a legal service provider for information about applying for DACA for the first time, renewing their existing DACA, and/or getting screened for eligibility for other, more permanent immigration options. It is possible Advance Parole may again allow DACA recipients to travel outside the United States and return. However, details of this possibility are still unclear, and the potential impact of the COVID-19 pandemic may limit the ability to travel. Check with a legal service provider for more information. https://www.ilrc.org/daca See more
Breaking News: DACA is alive. In a 5-4 decision #SCOUTS ruled today that this Administration cannot shutdown DACA. Justice Thomas wrote, "Today’s decision must be recognized for what it is: an effort to avoid a politically controversial but legally correct decision." The litigation continues but our #DACA holders can continue renewing #DACA. At #TondiniLaw we love #DACA and we are here for you. Thank you Chief Justice John Roberts, and Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan. You saved #DACA.
