I have seen fit pros working day and night but still unable to achieve goals and reach their full potential. Here is a piece of advice for my side It doesn’t matter what you are doing, what matters is how are doing it!... It's not that hard once you know how! Are you interested? Keep reading Here's a list of the top things that most successful coaches follow in order to achieve their goals and remain productive. 1.S.M.A.R.T goals - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. When you have a specific, measurable goal in mind that is relevant and achievable, it will be much easier to stay motivated throughout the process. One great way of doing this is by setting S.M.A.R.T goals! 2.Plan of action - You’ve probably heard the saying, failure to plan is planning for failure. Planning helps you prepare for what obstacles lie ahead and keep your momentum going strong when it counts. With an actionable plan in place, you can take on more tasks with maximum efficiencyboosting productivity without sacrificing focus or quality of work. 3.Execution of plan - For many coaches, what would be the biggest stumbling block is not in planning itself but rather it's implementing their plan that they so diligently created. If a coach doesn't execute on his or her strategy and plans well then all of this work will be for nothing. 4.They remain consistent Remain Consistent - Achieving any major goal takes consistency and determination. This is true with both your personal life as well as when you are building a coaching business If you want to make significant changes in either of these areas, it's essential that you're consistent about them from start to finish! And also keep accessing your progress on a regular basis. Fit Pros- have you ever wondered why most people want to achieve their goals, but only a few are able to do it. Do you want to know the secret recipe? It’s Motivation and Consistency.... Now the question arises how to motivate your fitness clients to help them achieve their goals! I’m going to share my secret with you, how I used to do it. Here are my top 5 steps to motivate clients and help them reach their fitness goals: 1) Set a goal with your client - Your first step should be to set a goal together with your client. It's important that they know what they're working towards; otherwise, it won't feel like as much of an accomplishment when they reach it! 2) Help them get started - Next, you'll need to make sure that your client has everything he or she needs for successful plan, resources, etc. This will keep them focused and motivated. 3) Keep detailed notes in your client's journal - Encourage your client to keep up with their fitness journal to demonstrate, in concrete numbers and data, just how much benefit they are getting out of their fitness lifestyle (increasing belief and autonomy). 4) Correct them as necessary, but sprinkle in praise for their hard work - This goes a long way in fulfilling their needs for autonomy and competence. Increase your client's dedication to fitness by giving them homework. You might send them to a yoga or Zumba class (to increase relatedness). The more success they achieve in the program, the more committed they will be to following your instructions and developing a lifelong love of fitness. 5) If it looks like your client is down, remind them their WHY - Why they have started training in the first place as well as the progress they have made to date. You should be the positive chip on their shoulder through the good and the bad times. If you need to, schedule an appointment to sit down and review progress and goals. If you are anything like me, your morning routine is probably the only time in the day when you can take a deep breath and relax. So why not start Sunday mornings off right? Sunday is the perfect day to start a new week with less stress.... Get up slowly and enjoy breakfast with someone special or just rest for a while longer if there's no one to share it with. Instead of obsessing over the week ahead, you focus on the present. Heres a few Sunday habits to help you clear your head and get ready for Monday morning: 1.Write a to-do list for the week. 2.Schedule things in your planner. 3.Give meal prep a go. 4.Make time for self-care. 5.Go to bed early.
