I have a HUGE shout out to one of my rock star agents Mary Meza, who is kicking off 2018 like the bad*ss she is! After door knocking and persistent follow up, she signed a listing, priced it right, held open house, snagged four different buyers, had 9 offers submitted, (4 from her open house leads) double-ended the deal and got over the asking for her sellers! Double ending was not the goal, but getting the best price and terms was! Congrats Mary Meza! Keep killing it!
