God sees you. He heard you. Whatever you said deep in your heart. You have angels guarding you today (Psalm 34:7-9), surrounding your like bodyguards, protecting you even from yourself! Wouldn’t it be nice to listen to praise and worship music 24/7 and hide behind church doors without any blemish from the world? But God called us to be do-ers if His word, and in the process of doing (even if it just trusting and claiming His word), we are growing in His word. Through the t...rials He sends us, He exchanges it with beauty for ashes, gifts of the precious Spirit, and revelation of His character in us. 2 Tim 2:13- he is always faithful to us, even when we feel our imperfections make us faithless. Be strong and courageous today. God is working.

Serve Him in the ordinary ways of life because you love Him.

It is shallow nonsense to say that God forgives because He IS LOVE. When we have been convicted of sin we will never say this again. The love of God is spelt on the Cross and no where else. The only ground on which God can forgive me is through the Cross of the Lord. Forgiveness not only means I am saved from Hell - it means I am also forgiven into a recreated relationship into identification with God and Christ. The miracle of Redemption is that God turns me, the unholy one, into the standard of Himself, the Holy one, by putting me in a new disposition, the disposition of Christ.
