Architectural Products Magazine recently featured this cool project at the Newport Beach SAP Center in their April digital issue! TK1SC provided this space with MEP services and StudioK1 completed the lighting design throughout the office. This project was a complete transformation from a former bank to a fully functional open concept work space for innovators and software engineers to shine. #tk1sctbtproject Kaiser Permanente East Los Angeles Designed to meet the primary care needs of the Kaiser Permanente membership in East Los Angeles, the 50,623-square-foot two-story medical office building includes 12 physician offices and 24 exam rooms arranged in a U-shaped configuration that allows easy, efficient flow of patients and staff. tk1sc provided mechanical ,plumbing and fire protection consulting services for this project. Our continued support is with those providing care and working on the front lines during this challenging time. tk1sc wishes everyone well and hopes you're staying safe!

The stunning Edgewood Tahoe resort located on the shores of Lake Tahoe worked with StudioK1's Salwa Osman to achieve a highly sophisticated yet warm, welcoming and earthy lighting tone for this space!
